I designed Secure On Every Front after seeing, through research and planning work, how much risk veteran entrepreneurs often carry on their own. Behind many successful veteran-owned companies, the data and case studies show the same tension: strong revenue and a committed team on the surface, but a household that feels exposed, owner pay that spikes and dips, and an exit path that has not yet been fully mapped.

As the founder of Plan For Your Goals LLC in Gulf Breeze, Florida, my work centers on connecting three areas that are usually treated separately: family security, business cash flow, and the realities of succession and exit. Instead of starting with products or portfolios, I start with your life, your values, and the mission you have taken on as a veteran business owner.

The result of that work is the three-stage Secure On Every Front system:

Teresa Roberts is the leadership and culture partner behind Secure On Every Front. She brings together 24 years of military service and years as CEO of SHARP Leadership to help veteran-owned organizations strengthen the people side of the mission—so the business can run and grow without everything depending on one person.

Across her military career and private-sector work, Teresa has led in high-stakes environments: clinical social work and hospital administration, humanitarian relief efforts after Hurricane Katrina, care for wounded warriors, and legislative work on behalf of the Air Force. She has guided senior leaders and teams through crisis management, disaster response, and complex organizational change, giving her a practical understanding of how people, culture, and systems actually behave under pressure.

Today, Teresa’s work with Secure On Every Front focuses on leadership, culture, and team development across all three stages of the planning system, with particular emphasis on Team Valuation Command.

She helps owners:

  • Develop healthier leadership habits and decision-making rhythms.
